Location: Northeast, Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire

The Field Operations team are responsible for obtaining wayleaves and grantor permissions for projects to ensure the network develops to a smarter, more flexible network that is central to the region’s journey to net zero.

This is an exciting opportunity at a time of significant and fascinating change within the energy sector, and distribution networks will be at the heart of achieving net zero. As a Wayleaves Officer, you will be an integral part of achieving this.

What will you do?

•Provide proactive customer service, both internal & external, around the provision of wayleaves

•Provide a direct point of contact to grantors and stakeholders relating to wayleave issues

•Project manage the wayleaves acquisitions requirements across multiple projects

•Negotiation and settlement of claims

•Acquisition of wayleaves, easements, freehold and leasehold interests

•Acquisition of planning and environment consents

•Ensure adherence to legal compliance
