Craftsperson Trainee programme

Programme duration: Two-years
Location: North East, Yorkshire, The Humber and northern Lincolnshire
Starting salary: £24,196 with a potential earnings capability c. £50k as an established Craftsperson.
If you already possess a good range of power and energy industry related skills, you can apply to train as an experienced learner on a pathway that could ultimately lead you to a career in engineering – our two-year training programme is right for you!
Our Craftsperson training programme will provide a great mix of practical experience and on-the-job training and support you through a formal qualification as defined in the national Craftsperson Apprenticeship standard. All this will build on the skills you already have and fine-tune them for your onward career as a fully qualified Power Network Craftsperson.
